Cancellation by the User:
If a user cancels a service request in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (e.g., at least two hours before the scheduled service time), a refund will be issued minus any applicable platform fees.
Cancellation by the Service Provider:
If a service provider cancels the service request for any reason, the user will receive a full refund.
Failure to Provide Service:
If the service provider fails to perform the service as requested or cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Service Not as Described:
If the service provided is substantially different from what was agreed upon (e.g., incorrect service, missing components, etc.), a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

In the event of emergency situations (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures), Fixlyne may issue refunds for services that could not be performed due to circumstances outside of our control. In such cases, we will inform users promptly and provide a full refund or reschedule the service.
